​Overview

My research interests focus on the design and synthesis of nanomaterials, including Metal-Organic Frameworks,
HfOx-based Ultra-thin Films, and other materials
(Porous polymers, Polyelemental nanoparticles, CNTs, 2D materials, etc).


My research objective is to understand how these nanomaterials behave in applications such as
(1) Chemical Sensors (Chemiresistive Sensors, ChemFET Sensors, and Wireless Sensors),
(2) Future Memory Devices (DRAM Cell Cap, FeRAM, FeFET, FTJ, FeCap, ReRAM, Synapse, A-CiM, etc.),
(3) Others (Air filters),
and to develop next-generation devices with superior performances.
